A pictorial world of Man City owner Sheikh Mansour who is worth £17billion

Manchester City boss Sheikh Mansour owns footballs teams, runs horse racing federations and is the deputy Prime Minister in his native United Arab Emirates. He also has a £400m yacht called Topaz which is said to be the fifth largest super yacht in the world. The majority of Mansour's wealth comes from his booming International Petroleum Investment Company. 

 

As well as being the deputy Prime Minister, he is also the minister of presidential affairs, as well as member of the ruling family of Abu Dhabi. 

 

His City Football Group portfolio is composed of New York City F.C which has been home to Frank Lampard and David Villa and Australian football team Melbourne City F.C. which was acquired in 2014. 

Real Madrid's recent World Club Cup opponents, Al-Jazira SCC are also owned by Mansour, where he is also chairman. Mansour's yacht is 482ft and was custom-built in Germany by Lurssen Yachts and designed by Tim Heywood in 2012. 

 

It has 8 floors, two helipads, three swimming pools, a gym, jacuzzi and even a cinema, the Sun reports.

It was gathered that when his yacht when he docked at Marmaris port in Turkey it cost him £380,000 to fill up the 730,000 litre tank which took 5 hours! 

 

Mansour owns a 5 percent stake in Ferarri, which he bought in 2005 with the idea of bringing Formula One to the United Arab Emirates. Alongside Ferarri, Mansour has a 9.1 percent stake Daimler AG (they own Mercedes). He has owned a Mercedes SLR-McLaren (£350k), a Lamborghini Reventon (£840k) and a Ferrari Enzo (£2.5m) and five Bugatti Veyron with each valued at £1.1m. Sheikh Mansour is part of the Al Nahyan family, who have a huge residence Abu Dhabi and worth somewhere in the region of £560bn. He would however have to share that fortune with his five brothers. In 2016, Mansour bought a £42m, 20,000 acre Spanish villa in south west Spain called Los Quintos de San Martin, is near the small village of Valencia de las Torres. 

Mansour and his family own the Emirates Palace which opened in 2005 for a cost of £2.2m and has been described as the world's only real 7-star hotel.

There are 394 rooms, including 92 suites and 22 residential suits, which are mostly furnished in gold and marble. He is also chairman of the Emirates Horse Racing Authority, boss of Sky News Arabia and patron of the Zayed Annual Half Marathon. The Sheikh has two wives and 6 children. He first married Sheikha Alia bint Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed in the mid-1990s. They had one son together. Mansour then married Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, his second cousin once removed and president of the Dubai Women Establishment. She has two daughters and three sons by Mansour.
